For our client, a major player in the Belgian utilities sector, we are currently looking for a data analyst to reinforce their retail team:

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models using SAS and Qlik to support business decision-making.
Generate interactive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and other critical metrics.
Maintain close relationships with the business stakeholders and acquire detailed knowledge of the business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support day-to-day operations with timely data analysis.
Drive continuous improvement in retail processes through proactive data insights and innovations.
Present data-driven recommendations to management and aid in the decision-making process.

SKILLS
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Agile and results-focused work ethic.
You are a team player with a customer-centric approach and a proactive way of working.
Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Dutch/French.
MSc Degree in a business/data/technology-related field or equivalent experience.
Expert knowledge of SQL is required.
Expert knowledge of data processing tools such as SAS, Python, or R is required
Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is required


Position in the Organization
Reports to the Data Analysis Manager.
Collaborates closely with team managers in Retail and squad leads.
