Our roadmap includes the roll-out of new security tokens, enhanced anti-fraud detection, further advances in instant payments, a renewed technology architecture, a new Mobile App, the addition of new services like e-invoicing, self-servicing.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by creating functional test cases, manual testing of functional scenarios, automating mainstream scenarios (front-end and backend testing) and setup performance and load testing.
Furthermore, you’ll take the lead to define test strategies, interact with functional analysts to understand the business context of your tests, collaborate with developers to fix issues and with management to give precise information on the quality state of a delivery.
5+ years of experience as a test automation engineer
API testing (SoapUI, Postman, …)
Fluent in Java and Selenium
Used to working with tools like Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, Gitlab, Jenkins, etc
Having experience with non-functional testing (performance load/stress, availability, …) is a plus
ISTQB Foundation certified is a plus
Have a “can do” attitude, a solution oriented mindset & good communication skills as you’ll need to interface with several different profiles
Quality is not only about testing features. You are not afraid to challenge processes to improve their quality. With your critical mindset, you spot improvements for the product (methods, processes, tooling, …) and take ownership of some tracks in the improvement process
As our platform is key to the Belgium economy, you are not afraid to jump into analysis mode with a functional analyst when an incident occurs in production
You are fluent in English AND Dutch or French.
