Our product team: Customer Experience
We unlock the transformative power of Alan's Health partner approach by eliminating operational barriers for our customers (companies and public sector organizations). Our daily users are HR teams who play play a pivotal role in choosing Alan and renewing their Alan contract.
Our team owns the solutions for organizations to enroll their employees to Alan, manage the related payroll premiums and get billed for our services, through the Alan pro dashboard. Across 4 countries (and counting!) we are shifting the dreaded admin complexity to a magically simple experience .

Engineer our powerful employee affiliation engine that seamlessly handles thousands of lifecycle events daily
Craft a smart multi-service payroll tool that makes HR teams' lives easier (they love us for this! )
Build seamless integrations with major HR platforms like Payfit and Workday that "just work"
Enable company HR teams through powerful automation and ship an employee management experience that scales and adapts to a wide range of organization types and sizes across multiple countries
