A role you will love

As our Tech Lead (UEM), you will work within the technology department responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Computershare’s UEM solutions.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and securing all endpoints, including desktops, laptops and mobile devices, to ensure seamless and secure operations across the organization. Reporting to the Product owner the role will play an active role leading the organization's strategy and execution in creating, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge digital workspace solutions that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and satisfaction while ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
Other key responsibilities:
- Oversee all technical aspects of the organisation’s Unified Endpoint engineering platforms, including system design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Lead the development and execution of a global Unified Endpoint strategy & identify and evaluate innovative solutions that can enhance the employee experience & productivity.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align workspace initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new workspace solutions.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize solutions based on KPI insights and user feedback.

What will you bring to the role?

As this position sits within a technical function, you will need to have experience working in a similar role, preferably within a large-scale enterprise environment i.e. financial services.
You will need be a collaborative person with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to be able to build great working relationships, influence others, challenge effectively and respond well to challenges.
Some other key skills that you’ll have:
- Expert knowledge of Device & OS Management including M365 suite, Intune.
- Deep understanding of ALL Endpoint Management (UEM) including. device & OS Management architecture, including SaaS, PaaS, On-Prem and Hybrid platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, ZDX, Applications, and associated network connectivity protocols including VPN.
- Experience in Cloud PC Management, Windows 365.
- Understanding of Unified Endpoint Management, as it relates to Collaboration (O365) platforms, and the Organisations Enterprise applications.
