About the Team :
The UK Fashion team manages thousands of merchants across all fashion subcategories. Our mission is to "become the most fashionable marketplace in 5 years," while also helping merchants establish their brand presence and grow their communities on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Merchant Support: Aid by helping merchants navigate key steps such as product uploads, platform education, and addressing common operational challenges.
Day-to-Day Operations: Assist in troubleshooting operational issues for merchants on the platform and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
Content and Campaign Support: Work with internal and external teams to support merchants in leveraging TikTok tools like live streaming and short videos to reach their goals.
Collaborative Projects: Participate in internal initiatives such as contributing to data analysis, campaign execution, and process improvements for the TikTok fashion ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated with Bachelor's Degree or above in 2023 or onwards in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field.
Available to start in May 2025.
Basic understanding of the fashion or e-commerce industry, with a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Interest in social content creation (e.g., livestreams, short videos) is a plus.
A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively.
