The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive & policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
You will be joining the Operations Excellence team within the EUI MSO team. This role focuses on driving key sales enablement and revenue operations activities, including (but not limited to) day-to-day sales operational support, quarterly cadences (e.g. sales incentives, account management), and quarterly projects to drive sales operations productivity and efficiency (process and system enhancements, policy proposals, etc). We are looking for a driven, self-starter who can collaborate well with sales and partner teams, execute and deliver core operational processes, and critical thinkers that can spot bottlenecks and lead projects to drive change.
Responsibilities:
Accounts and book of business management - Manage scheduled account transfers, book of business review, account and data hygiene, data scope access and permission management, etc.
Sales performance management - Conduct quarterly sales incentive processes, performance distributions and adjustments approvals
Sales enablement - Support sales on day-to-day sales enablement topics via the global helpdesk, assist with questions related to accounts, contracts, billing set-up, etc.
Knowledge management - Create and manage all support materials and resource hubs, drive training for all sales processes and key topics, communications on process and system updates
Process improvement projects - Conduct in-depth assessments of our sales and internal processes end-to-end to identify gaps and their drivers, and build and implement solutions to support revenue growth
Business intelligence - Create and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to track operational metrics/KPIs, monitor and share trends with senior leadership teams to ensure operational health of business
Extensive collaboration with various internal teams, incl. Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Sales, and Systems teams to continuously evolve and adapt our policies and processes
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced environment - high growth start-up, tech platforms, etc. in an operations and/or project/program management capacity
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision making
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills
Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product
Self-starter and execution mindset, capable of delivering on changes with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL and familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. SalesForce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge, understanding, or experience working in an adtech environment would be a great benefit in this role
As we are an EMEA based business, any additional language skills would be a plus

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) combines software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed infrastructures. Our SREs are tasked to ensure the traffic services are reliable, fault-tolerant, efficiently scalable and cost-effective. - Build, expand and operate Bytedance’s global traffic platform, including large-scale systems in public and private clouds, edge data centers.
- Build tools, automations, visualizations and monitors to facilitate the operation and optimization of the global traffic platform.
- Work in a fast-paced environment. Participate in technical operations and rotations in response to performance and reliability issues.
- Help improve the whole lifecycle of infrastructure services from inception and design throughout development, to deployment, user support and refinement
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or Bachelor's degree with 3+) years of experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related major
- 3+ years experience working with Linux systems from kernel to shell and beyond with experience working with system libraries, file systems, and client-server protocols.
- 3+ years experience in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python and Shell script.
- Familiar with Cloud and CI/CD framework/Tools, such as GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Self-driven and capable of coping with ambiguity and moving projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong in analytical skills and the ability to solve real world problems in a fast moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications

The EUI Research & Insights Team drives strategic thought leadership and serves as a consultative partner to the Global Business Solutions organisation across the region through developing high-quality, thought provoking deliverables. The team collaborates closely with external research vendors to plan and deliver world-class research that reinforces our market voice.
TikTok is looking for a London-based, full-time experienced researcher and thought-leader to join our EUI Research and Insights Team within the larger Marketing Science department. This role requires high-level expertise in research methodologies and strategic insights as well as management responsibilities and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform business strategy and impact.
In this role, you will focus on advancing the research and insights presence in the UK market, building impact, and nurturing relationships. You will also contribute to shaping team culture, processes, and strategic direction through involvement in the team council. Beyond leading research initiatives, you’ll work closely with Measurement Partners, Data Scientists, and Marketing Creatives to align on key research questions and methodologies, emphasizing a data-driven approach that leverages analytics to create impactful, hypothesis-based storytelling at scale.
You will lead, represent, and drive research and insights initiatives in the UK market, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and maximize business impact.
You will regularly meet with department and country leads to understand market priorities, challenges and relay these into a strategic research plan.
As part of the EUI team, you will also be responsible for managing multi-market research studies with internal tools and external vendors.
You will be the UK point-of-contact for all things research.
You will represent the Research & Insights team at the London office and at local industry events, webinars, or other places where your work can come to life.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with advertising research suppliers in the UK, Europe or USA is a must.
Experience with stakeholder management (ideally senior/leadership), building core cross-functional relationships and driving visibility or usage of research.
Proficiency with individual and group based qualitative methods, as well as quantitative methods that include statistical concepts and survey design.
Preferred Qualifications
