YOUR ROLE

This Is An Exciting Opportunity To Build And Scale a Cloud Advisory Consulting Capability That Will Take Our Clients On a Journey Of Business Transformation On The Cloud. This Role Will Focus On:

In this role you will play a key role in:

Combining Capgemini’s deep understanding of our client’s businesses and our thought leadership in the industry to create cloud strategies that will enable future ready enterprises.
Helping our clients in cloud adoption and acceleration through to value realisation
Developing holistic cloud strategies that go beyond technology strategies to also encompass people, process and business elements of the transformation
Providing end to end orchestration and transformation management from start to finish across all aspects of cloud transformation
Develop cloud strategies that address typical concerns about vendor lock-in, security, compliance and regulation, data, skills and existing investments

As Part Of Your Role You Will Also Have The Opportunity To Contribute To The Business And Your Own Personal Growth, Through Activities That Form Part Of The Following Categories:

Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

Have experience in shaping and delivering large cloud migrations and DC exits
Experience of advisory engagements within the Hyperscaler Cloud market (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Have a proven track record of creating cloud advisory propositions and building a pipeline of work
Have experience of building and developing cloud consulting teams
Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
Experience of proposition building and delivery.
Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£2m of consulting revenues (Director)
