We’re looking for a confident and capable IT Systems Support Engineer to join our fast-paced IT team for 2 of our locations in Kent and Lincoln
Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll provide hands-on support across our European offices—tackling technical issues, supporting infrastructure, and helping to keep our systems efficient, secure, and future-ready.
This role is a hybrid working model - but does require flexiblity based on the needs of the business.
For Roles With Office-based Hybrid Working
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.

About The Role This role requires you to be proficient in TypeScript, and able to work effectively and write quality code across front and back end projects. This role requires a passion for continuous improvement, and a desire to seek out and learn techniques which improve team effectiveness and velocity, including: high-ownership agile working methods, automated testing, CI/CD, trunk-based development, domain driven design, and ports and adaptors architecture.
