About The Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Partnerships Lead to spearhead the market assessment, qualification, and acquisition of partners for Tide’s Structured Partner Solutions platform.

Tide Structured Partner Solutions is a comprehensive business management platform designed to streamline payment processes for SMEs working with contractors and freelancers. Offering a secure, centralized and integrated solution for managing expenses and processing payouts with ease and efficiency - saving our members time and money.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value partnerships within and outside the Tide ecosystem across key industry verticals such as construction, mobility, hospitality, healthcare, recruitment and onboarding those Partners to Tide.

This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the early success of a new strategic initiative, working closely with internal stakeholders to refine our go-to-market strategy. For the right candidate who meets performance expectations, there is potential for a permanent role within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Assess market landscape and identify the best-fit partners for Tide’s Structured Partner Solutions platform.
Lead the end-to-end partnership cycle, from identification and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and onboarding.
Develop, execute and lead a targeted partner acquisition strategy focused on construction, mobility, hospitality, and recruitment sectors.
Develop and sell the value proposition, championing it effectively to prospective partners to drive engagement and adoption.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and commercial teams to shape the partner proposition.
Track and report on key partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Ensure a data-driven approach to partner engagement, leveraging insights to refine acquisition and onboarding strategies.
Be the voice of Partners, actively sharing market feedback and insights from ongoing engagements on product features, and participate in roadmap planning sessions in close collaboration with the product team.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within fintech, SaaS, or a relevant B2B sector.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and a track record of securing high-value partnerships.
Experience in developing and managing partnerships within financial services, embedded finance, or other B2B solutions is a plus.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to engage at C-level.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a willingness to adapt and pivot.
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
Self-starter mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership of strategic initiatives.
Experience in bringing new products to market and driving their adoption through partnerships.
Proven ability to perform in high-pressure, sales-driven environments and deliver against strong KPIs.
A versatile individual with experience across core industry verticals such as construction, mobility, and recruitment.
