Mode Search is currently supporting a fast-growing luxury fashion and accessories brand in the search for a Wholesale Manager to join their UK team. This is a pivotal role within a thriving business that is significantly expanding.
This London-based position reports directly to the UK Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team of 6. The role is not managerial in nature and will focus on individual account responsibility. The team works from the office five days a week, unless travelling for client meetings.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop strong relationships with leading UK department stores
Drive sales performance and meet key commercial targets across key wholesale partners
Analyse seasonal and ongoing sales data to identify opportunities for growth
Advise accounts on product assortment and ensure best-in-class product presentation
Collaborate internally with category and merchandising teams to support product planning
Maintain and update backend systems and account data accurately
Contribute to direct-to-door sales strategies through regular follow-ups and tailored initiatives
Support the rollout of new product lines, particularly within the expanding ready-to-wear category
Build and implement account-specific growth plans in line with brand strategy
Requirements
Previous experience managing major UK department store accounts
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate insights into action
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A flexible, proactive attitude and a collaborative team spirit
Background in fashion, accessories or lifestyle sectors is preferred but not essential
