Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach & Relationship Management: Employ a strategic and personalised approach to cultivate strong connections. By understanding client needs, maintaining open communication, and delivering tailored solutions, ensure satisfaction and loyalty while driving mutual success in collaborative ventures.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with client goals and industry trends (including Organic & Paid Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO and PPC).
Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from conceptualisation to analysis, across various channels.
Digital Expertise: Utilise your digital marketing intelligence to optimise online presence, working with platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, Hubspot and more.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insightful reports to clients, showcasing the impact of our efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional international teams, including designers, content creators, and analysts, to ensure seamless execution and excellence in every project.
Client Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding of objectives, and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role.
Experience in both organic and paid digital marketing.
In-depth knowledge and interest in digital marketing trends and tools, emerging platforms etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
