The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud technologies and a proven track record of working on long-term, impactful projects. This role requires SC clearance and offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile public sector initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Concourse to ensure seamless application delivery.

Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate deployments and configurations.

Optimize and manage Linux-based systems to ensure high performance and availability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Maintain compliance with security protocols and standards required for public sector environments.

Requirements

Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Concourse, Terraform, and Linux.

Current SC Clearance is mandatory.

Demonstrable experience in the public sector, with an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of government projects.

A strong track record of working on long-term engagements, with no short stints (3 months or less) on the CV.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Desirable Skills

Experience with multi-cloud environments and additional certifications in cloud or DevOps technologies.

Familiarity with monitoring tools and strategies to ensure infrastructure health.
