Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Native Cloud Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring, AWS, and Kubernetes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications. An active SC Clearance is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud-Native Development: Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Java and Spring Boot for cloud-native applications.
AWS Expertise: Implement, deploy, and maintain robust solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, and RDS.
Containerization and Orchestration: Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.

Essential Skills:

Programming: Strong proficiency in Java, with deep knowledge of Spring Boot and related frameworks (Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.).
AWS Cloud: Demonstrable hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, and AWS Lambda.
Containerization: Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS experience preferred).
Microservices: Experience in designing and deploying scalable, cloud-native microservices architecture.
SC Clearance: Currently holds Active SC Clearance with eligibility to work on secure government or defense projects.

As a Lead Engineer, you will provide technical leadership, assess the current system architecture, and drive improvements while mentoring the development team. Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to oversee and ensure the successful execution of a Data Centre Relocation and Upgrade project. The role involves defining, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance (QA) processes, risk management, and compliance standards to minimize operational disruption and ensure a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Governance

Develop and implement a quality assurance framework for the data centre migration/upgrade.
Establish and enforce best practices for testing infrastructure, network, and application migration.
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ITIL, and other relevant standards.
Conduct risk assessments and impact analysis to mitigate potential failures.
Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of the migration/upgrade.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Quality Lead/Manager in data centre migrations or upgrades.
Strong understanding of data centre architectures, cloud integrations, and infrastructure components.
Experience with ITIL, ISO 27001, COBIT, and other IT governance frameworks.
Expertise in QA methodologies, performance testing, and security validation.
Strong risk management and change management skills.
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Collaborate with senior leadership, engineers, architects, and vendors to align sustainability objectives.

Key Requirements:

Essential Experience

Proven experience as a Sustainability Lead/Sustainability Manager in data centre relocation or upgrade projects.
Strong knowledge of data centre sustainability best practices, including energy efficiency, waste management, and renewable energy integration.
Familiarity with DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) tools and energy monitoring systems.
Experience working with ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), and ESG reporting frameworks.
Strong background in carbon footprint analysis, lifecycle assessment, and emissions reduction strategies.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications
