People Function Change Programme Manager – FTC (Until End of 2025)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 per annum (FTC)
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract until December 2024 (Potential to extend to 12 months)

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Function Change Programme Manager to drive and deliver the change strategy across the organisation. This role will focus on setting up governance, managing interdependencies, and ensuring a seamless transition across multiple key workstreams within the People function.

Key Responsibilities
Establish practical governance structures and ensure visibility across the entire programme.
Develop and execute a clear change management plan, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and employee experience.
Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIAs), stakeholder analysis, and support communication efforts.
Lead change and programme delivery across various workstreams, ensuring alignment and integration.
Work closely with senior leadership, including the VP of Global HR Shared Services and senior HR leaders, to drive the transformation agenda.
Oversee programme-wide interdependencies.
Provide executive-level updates and drive key programme activities forward.
Deliver workshops and facilitate discussions to ensure smooth implementation across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in operational People functions within a fast-paced, complex environment.
Formal project management qualification
Strong facilitation skills
Change / process management experience
Governance / Structure implementation
Knowledge of process design methodologies and documentation tools
Highly experienced using project plan design/communication tools e.g. MS Project, Visio
Experience People systems projects with multiple vendors and stakeholders
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and defining of needs
Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to serve as an intermediary between technical developers, subject experts, project sponsors, and end-users
Ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work interdependently and with minimal direction and handle multiple priorities
