As the business continues to expand, they are looking for talented individuals to join their team in developing market-leading property management software products.
About the Role

This is an exciting and varied Business Analyst role, offering much more than filling out tables and forms. At times, the role will shift from a business context to a software context, crafting clear user stories based on research and applying them to a single software platform that addresses part of the domain. The role offers collaboration with a knowledgeable team, interacting with a complex and demanding business stakeholder community where effective collaboration and communication are essential.
The individual will work alongside engineering, product, and stakeholders from various companies within this growing SaaS organisation, gaining a comprehensive understanding of complex needs and processes. Continuously evaluate processes and business needs, driving innovation and transformation as business and technology evolve rapidly.
Assess and validate product requests, providing deep analysis of business problems that need to be addressed and describing them in clear and unambiguous terms.
Generate artefacts in various forms, from technical ticketing systems to structured documents and non-technical presentations.
Gain a thorough understanding of the service delivery models used within the organisation and how service delivery relates to the product platforms.
Collect, analyse, and synthesise staff and customer feedback along with market research to refine product requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of how new product features impact business processes and propose common solutions.
Support feature validation during development through user testing and feedback loops in collaboration with the Design team.
Establish KPIs and metrics for product launches, regularly analyse product performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisations and improvements.
Continuously contribute insights on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to foster innovation.
