"As a Programme Manager you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership and delivery of projects requiring significant effort in business and technology processes and systems resulting in transformational change. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery management for a set of related initiatives as defined by our business and portfolio framework.

The purpose of this role is to deliver programme initiatives with direct team responsibility in the region of 5 - 20 colleagues, between 3-25 internal teams and multiple third party suppliers that will support operational efficiencies and business growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
• Delivering the end-to-end business and technology solution supported by the supply chain across multiple processes, systems and infrastructure
• You will be accountable for programme planning, creating and executing a project control framework covering resource, financial and governance control
• Accountable for project delivery activities aligning to the business case scope, schedule and cost constraints inherent within the change environment
• Creating, managing, and executing the risk management framework including risk trigger/identification, risk assessment, risk control, and risk mitigation

Job Requirements:
• Experience of project managing large scale, complex data migrations
• Previous successful stakeholder and supplier management experience both internal and external
• Strong ability to consolidate and analyse complex information in order to identify creative new ways of working and innovative solutions to problems
• The ability to understand and gather end-user requirements, prioritise according to business strategy and execute a solid delivery plan."
