Your team and your role
We're Looking For a Data Administrator To Join Our Growing Data Administrator Team, Reporting To a Senior DA. This Is a Remote First, Full Time, Fixed Term - Perm (12 Months Mat Cover) Contract. As a Data Administrator, You'll Play a Key Part In Ensuring That The Data Being Captured By Our Platform Is Accurate. In Your Day-to-day, You Will Be Performing Data Entry And Similar Tasks Including Accuracy Checks And Verifying Information Amongst Other Things
Extracting data and source documents from internal systems.
Check source documents for accuracy.
Verify and correct data where necessary.
Obtain further information where data is incomplete.
Enter data from source documents into internal systems.
Check completed work for accuracy.
Collaborate with other data administrators and respond to internal queries.
Your Skills
You are educated to an A-level standard.
You are proficient with MS Office.
You have strong attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills, able to enter data at a fast pace.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
You are comfortable working independently but also as part of a team.
You are organised and priority-driven, able to plan your workload accordingly.
You are passionate about tech and sustainability.
