The EUI Global Business Marketing (GBM) team exists to champion TikTok amongst brands and businesses across Europe. Through high impact multi-channel marketing campaigns — spanning events, social, email, web, education, industry relations, media and more — we demonstrate how TikTok can deliver business outcomes for the world's top brands.This role sits within the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team, which spans Events, MarComms, Education and Industry Relations. Reporting in to the Marketing Communications lead, the Marketing Manager FTC will be responsible for managing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns. Join our team and play a key role in crafting and executing world-class business marketing campaigns.
Please note, this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role
Responsibilities:
- You have a strong understanding of business to business (B2B) marketing, the advertising industry, and the
tools and channels available to you to build effective marketing campaigns (social, email, web, media, etc.).
- You will support the Marketing Communications Lead in the development and execution of multi-channel B2B
Marketing Campaigns - to drive engagement and conversion of advertisers across our platform.
- You have excellent Project Management skills, keeping project documentation up to date, keeping stakeholders
up to date, reviewing data and reporting on the data.
- You're a self-starter with a knack for managing projects independently and meeting deadlines in a dynamic
environment. You know how to get stuff done!
- Experience working across crossfunctional teams - Marketing, Sales, PR, Legal.
- Can brief and coordinate the creation of long form written and video content with an agency.
- You have a strong knowledge of the digital media landscape and are always staying current on what's trending
on TikTok and in social media marketing.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience managing complex multi-channel campaigns at a global agency or in-house
- Strong project management experience and experience in managing B2B campaigns and creating B2B content
- A track record of collaborating effectively with stakeholders across an organisation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - bonus points if you have writing samples you can share
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience ideating and creating social media content including TikToks and LinkedIn posts
- Experience supporting and developing junior team members
- Some experience of B2B media publishers and experience partnering with them on paid media placements,
including articles, podcasts, video content and more.
