The Specialist seller works closely with customers to identify their cybersecurity needs and recommend the best solutions from Microsoft's suite of products and services. As a Security Specialist you will build secure digital transformation strategies with customers, collaborating with different groups inside the Customer environment to successfully enable them to be more secure.
You will lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on the planning, orchestration, and execution of end-to-end Security opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.

Responsibilities
Acquire, lead, and develop security opportunities (remote work, security, compliance, cloud security) in your assigned territory
Account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within your accounts
Own opportunities from qualification to close by orchestrating a virtual team of sales, technical, services, and partner resources across an extensive portfolio of products
Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings
Develop relationships with customer, CxO level Business and Technical Decision Makers
Fundamental understanding of security threats, solutions, security tools, and network technologies
Communicate value propositions to clients and stakeholders that speak to their needs and requirements

The NOS is responsible for the overall coordination of NATO security among member Nations, NATO civil and military bodies as well as International Organisations and Partner countries with which NATO cooperates. It is also responsible for the security of the NATO Headquarters (HQ), its personnel in Brussels, abroad on mission and in satellite offices, and for the protection of the Secretary General. The NOS comprises the Office of the Director, the Security and Policy Oversight Branch (SPOB), the Protective Security and Emergency Services Branch (PSESB), the Security Intelligence Branch (SIB) and the Close Protection Unit (CPU). The PSESB’s mission is to ensure the security and safety of the NATO HQ, its people, infrastructure and information. In coordination with the Host Nation, it analyses threats and vulnerabilities, determines risks and acts to minimise them. Its staff works in the following domains: access management; security regulations and infractions; physical security; security guarding; fire, first aid and CBRN; emergency procedures; information assurance; security awareness and “special events” (high-level meetings at the NATO HQ, and in NATO member and partner nations).
