A large global organisation is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team for Networking and Infrastructure based projects.

This will be a full-time permanent position.

The position will be requires 100% on site presence in Antwerp, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to deliver the services associated with LAN Service Module based on the scope set out in the MSA
Own the Service Levels and contractual commitments including the Service Level reporting for the LAN Service Module
Re-purpose/re-mobilize the critical operational resources to meet any immediate requirement across Service Delivery and Operations.
Drive Continuous Service Improvement for LAN Service Module
Own and implement the Business Continuity plan for the operations of the LAN Service module
Responsible for the demand and consumption of the Services of the LAN Service module
Support Client Service Delivery Managers in delivering their responsibilities.
Participate in customer calls and be contact for regional customers to respond/support on potential design questions
Support to Operations Team on Incidents and complex requests
Travel within region may be required
Must have CCNP (Routing & Switching)/CCIE R&S desirable
Strong experience on CISCO Nexus/Catalyst/Meraki WLAN technologies
Strong understanding of Network Segmentation approaches and CISCO SD Access based Network Segregation
