Your Role

We are looking to recruit Cloud Lead to join Capgemini Financial Services Cloud Practice. This is a permanent, fulltime position and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their Cloud career

Build and expand the cloud engineering team: Lead recruitment efforts, mentor senior and lead engineers, and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
Drive business growth: Identify and capture new market opportunities by developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable cloud solutions.
Market positioning: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies, position the company as a leader in cloud-agnostic financial solutions, and raise brand awareness in the industry.
Client engagement: Engage with current and prospective clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored cloud strategies, and ensure high satisfaction through solution delivery.
Hands-on leadership: While focused on scaling and strategic growth, remain involved in high-impact projects, providing technical oversight and ensuring the solutions align with industry best practices and client requirements.
Expand cloud-agnostic offerings: Strengthen our cloud-agnostic solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring flexibility and vendor neutrality in client engagements.
Team development and mentorship: Develop training and upskilling programs to ensure the team stays at the forefront of cloud technology, fostering innovation and growth within the group.

Your Profile

10+ years of experience in cloud engineering or cloud consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated ability to scale teams, including hiring, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Proven success in driving business development initiatives, capturing new market opportunities, and expanding client portfolios.
Experience in managing client relationships and delivering solutions in the financial services industry, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance needs.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
Experience with cloud-agnostic architectures and multi-cloud environments, ideally including hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating cloud strategies and solutions effectively.
Familiarity with business growth strategies and the ability to develop and execute plans that drive market share expansion.
Hands-on experience in cloud strategy development and delivery, while also being comfortable stepping in to provide technical oversight when necessary.
