Overview
CybaVerse is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of cyber security projects. This role will involve liaising between the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery across all areas. The ideal candidate will be proactive, an understanding of cyber security, process-driven, and skilled in project coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience.
UK Office Based - Chichester 3 days a week, 2 days at home.
Key Responsibilities
Project Handover & Onboarding
· Receive and manage project handovers from the sales team, including but not limited to penetration tests, IR, MDR, CE, CE+ engagements.
· Set up customers on the CybaVerse platform and conduct onboarding calls.
· Ensure customers receive clear next steps and guidance for their projects.
· Provide customer support for project updates.
Project Coordination & Administration
· Manage project admin, ensuring all deals have associated projects and are moved through the pipeline stages correctly using HubSpot.
· Set up loop pages for penetration tests to showcase key testing information.
· Create and maintain SharePoint folders for project documentation.
· Keep the CybaVerse calendar up to date with critical project dates and deadlines.
· Provide regular project updates to the sales team, customers, and partners at key milestones.
Operational Efficiency & Data Management
· Log and track project data to support operations strategies, ensuring streamlined processes and identifying roadblocks.
· Capture essential project metrics, including time spent and staff utilisation, to optimise resource allocation.
· Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance efficiency in project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
· Proven experience in project management, preferably within cybersecurity, technology, or a related field.
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with stakeholders.
· Proficiency in HubSpot, project management tools, and Microsoft Office (including SharePoint).
· Experience in client relationship management.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and report on project data.
· Problem-solving abilities to identify bottlenecks and enhance operational processes.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in a SaaS or cyber security environment.
· Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus.
