Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and service portal.
Act as the first point of contact for service requests and incidents.
Create, prioritize, and manage tickets, ensuring resolution within SLAs.
Escalate complex issues with detailed handovers.
Maintain a ticket closure rate of 25 per day.
Identify and report potential problems.
Ensure compliance with policies, security, and industry regulations.
Uphold professional values and deliver excellent customer service.
Personal Specification
Required:
Experience in 1st line IT support.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Microsoft technologies and Windows desktop OS.
Positive attitude, strong communication, and ability to work under pressure.
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
Desired:
Experience in a service desk environment.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
