About The Team And Role

Come and lead our SNAP team—the brilliant minds behind the magic of the ZOE experience. This team is at the heart of developing AI and ML capabilities that power the world’s best and most seamless photo logging. As a Staff Technical Product Manager , you’ll drive the development of our photo-logging and LLM-based initiatives, shaping how AI enhances the ZOE experience.

We’re looking for a unique blend of technical expertise and creativity—someone who can build ambitious roadmaps, push boundaries, and turn cutting-edge technology into real-life impact . You’ll collaborate with engineers and data scientists to scale innovative features, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and valuable for our members. In this hands-on role, you’ll set the strategic direction, drive execution, and bridge engineering, data science, and business teams to bring bold ideas to life.

What You’ll...

Define and drive strategic vision. Set and communicate the strategic direction for AI/ML-powered photo-logging, identifying market opportunities and aligning the AI roadmap with business goals.
Lead Complex AI/ML Initiatives: Own the end-to-end development of AI-driven features, managing trade-offs between model accuracy, performance, and user experience.
Collaborate with Engineers and Data Scientists: Work closely with engineering and data teams to define technical scope, system architecture, and model performance benchmarks.
Execute and Deliver: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, driving execution through clear requirements, milestones, and KPIs.
Optimize Performance and Accuracy: Define and track key success metrics (e.g., model accuracy, engagement, retention), continuously refining models based on real-world usage.
Innovate and Experiment: Explore cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to improve photo classification, tagging, and retrieval, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven personalisation.
Communicate Technical Concepts: Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams and leadership.
Manage Dependencies: Coordinate dependencies between multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of product milestones.

What We’re Looking For...

7+ Years of Product Management Experience: Extensive experience in product management with a strong technical focus, ideally in AI/ML or other complex technical domains.
AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs). Familiarity with AI evaluation metrics (e.g., precision, recall, F1) and model trade-offs.
Technical Depth: Strong grasp of data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture. Ability to engage with engineers and data scientists at a deep technical level.
Strong Product thinking and Delivery : Strong prioritisation, roadmap building, and execution skills. Experience building consumer products with a focus on user experience, engagement, and retention.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to define and track key success metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategy based on insights.
Proven Track Record of Success: A history of shipping successful products in a technically complex environment, with demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams.
Business Acumen: Ability to connect technical investments to business outcomes, including revenue growth, efficiency, and competitive positioning.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and manage alignment across teams and leadership.
Hands-On and Entrepreneurial: A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguity, is excited by technical challenges, and is motivated to drive innovation. Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
