Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading Professional Services organisation based in Bristol who are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their expanding organisation. You'll be joining a high performing programme delivery team and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of their business change and technology projects. A key part of your role will be assessing the feasibility of new projects to make sure they align with the firm’s strategy. You will have the ability to work closely with all stakeholders to understand their needs, capture business requirements and help turn ideas into well-designed, effective solutions that deliver real value.

Responsibilities include but not are limited to the following:
Lead the analysis and validate the requirements of proposed projects submitted to PMO
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our legal and business operations.
Conduct research and analysis to understand stakeholder needs and expectations, providing data-driven insights to enhance decision making.
Conduct request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) processes with suppliers of technical solutions.
Documenting requirements and process flows (current and planned)
Liaising and translating between technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Helping to develop business cases and project plans, and measuring progress and success against them
Assisting with developing and running test and acceptance programmes

Knowledge, skills and experience
3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, working on business change and technology projects
Recognised BA qualification (e.g. BCS, IIBA)
Strong understanding of business analysis and project frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SWOT, gap analysis, target operating models)
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
Ability to assess project feasibility and align proposals with business strategy
Skilled in business process modelling (e.g., BPMN, use case diagrams, workflows)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into precise requirements
Confident in facilitating workshops and discovery sessions
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business change and technology projects
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify practical solutions.
Awareness of technology trends and their impact on business processes
Ability to create clear, concise business cases, user stories, and documentation
Comfortable working with developers, architects, and IT teams to ensure feasible solutions
Familiarity with change management principles and supporting business adoption
Experience working within a structured programme or project delivery environment

Senior Infrastructure Engineer | Newry | Full-Time Permanent

Peaple Talent have partnered with a well-known client looking to recruit a Senior Infrastructure Engineer on a full-time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Infrastructure role, with a strong background in cyber security systems delivery and operations. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring robust security measures, and working with a variety of cloud and on-premise technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that support our client’s IT needs and business objectives.
Maintain and enhance documentation for all infrastructure processes, configurations, and procedures.
Manage cyber security systems, including EDR, SIEM, patching, email security, web proxies, and firewalls to ensure the security and integrity of infrastructure.
Collaborate with other departments to assess and implement new technologies that enhance infrastructure performance and security.
Administer IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS platforms with a focus on Microsoft cloud solutions.
Ensure all systems are properly patched and compliant with internal and external security standards.
Support and optimize Microsoft Server OS environments, specifically Windows 2012, 2016 and 2019.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior infrastructure engineers and other team members.

Key Experience Required:

Previous experience in a similar infrastructure role.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Strong experience with cyber security systems, including; Endpoint Detection and Response, SIEM, Patching management, Email security, Web proxies and firewalls.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience working with IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS platforms.
Microsoft certification in relevant areas is a strong plus.
Microsoft Cloud certifications, particularly in Cloud Engineering and Azure, would be highly advantageous.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems (Windows 2012, 2016, 2019)
Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and M365 (desirable).
Additional certifications in cyber security or cloud platforms (desirable).
Experience working in an enterprise-level infrastructure environment (desirable).
