Unit testing or test-driven development are a natural part of the development process for you. being able to work with existing applications : it is not a greenfield development where you can determine and change everything yourself. You know how to set up an automated development process. You have experience working in an agile team and know how to apply agile methodologies. you understand at least Dutch, French and English and speak at least Dutch or French.
