Cedar have partnered with a Global Media company who are seeking to appoint a P2P manager to oversee a range of projects with a primary focus on implementation initiatives within the P2P process.
The P2P Global Process Manager will be responsible for driving the process improvement initiatives across the business and will partner with the wider finance teams to help drive your own projects & workstreams.
This role will be an initial 6 month contract that will extend for up to 2 years for the right person. The budget is between £500-£600 (inside IR35) and requires you to work in their central London offices 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on assigned projects as agreed with the P2P leadership and GPO
Design processes and procedures compliant for regulatory & audit requirements
Conduct data analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements
Work closely with project sponsors, project teams and managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, budgets and timelines
Drive change and influence within a decentralised operating model
Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures
Your Profile:
Experience working within a P2P Projects/P2P Transformation
Working knowledge of P2P and accounting/internal controls
Experience in P2P process turnaround & technology implementation
Strong knowledge of SAP & P2P systems
