The Role
Includes deployment of Windows 11 across the organization. This will cover our London, Brussels, Hong Kong and Beijing offices, note: international offices will be supported remotely. The Windows 11 build, including core applications, has been completed. This engagement requires deskside support resource to carry out the deployment and support of the user devices for a successful completion of the migration.
Role Responsibilities
Swapping out laptops, desktops and PCs using Azure and Intune - Configuring, cleaning and preparation of devices.
Stock management - Updating asset databases and reporting on stock levels.
Deskside support - Ticketing system, floor walking.
