Interim HR Business Partner (10-12m Month FTC)
Location: Central London
Hybrid: 1 day per week in office.
Salary: £85,000 + 15-20% bonus.
JGA are recruiting for a leading insurance client seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to work in a fast-paced role, blending UK-specific HR operations, governance, and engagement with broader strategic HR business partnering across London, and APAC.
NB: On this occasion we can only accept applications from candidates with experience in the financial or professional services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
Partner with Finance leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
Support recruitment and drive diversity initiatives.
Work with Learning & Development teams to enhance career progression.
Ensure retention of key talent through development programs, secondments, and transfers.
Contribute to HRBP projects as needed.
HR Operations & Business Partnering:
Act as a key HR advisor, supporting employees and managers.
Drive employee engagement and implement action plans.
Manage HR change initiatives, including communications and stakeholder materials.
Handle employee relations, guiding managers on policies and procedures.
Oversee recruitment, working closely with external partners.
Manage HR suppliers and contracts with a commercial mindset.
Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
Oversee HR administration, ensuring smooth processing of employee lifecycle events.
Manage visa processes, liaising with external advisors.
Lead or support UK HR projects as required.
