Key Accountabilities • Assist with store IT provisioning. • Install patch leads as required. • Install and setup ISP supplied router. • Install unmanaged network switch (connect cables between switch and peripherals). • Install of card machine (PDQ) and associated connections. • Install (plug-in) self-configured IP hard phone. • Attend weekly progress calls and highlight any issues/concerns back into the business. • Support and imbed any other facilities related activities as required by the business. • Provide solutions to any challenges that may arise in respect to a related task. • Manage Travel expenses in line with Company policy, including milage, overnight accommodation and flights (where applicable).
