Job Description:
As a PowerApps and PowerAutomate Specialist, you will collaborate with the development team to enhance and optimize the application for managing civil protection operations. Your expertise will help expedite the development of complex components, ensuring the project’s success. Additionally, you will support the creation and formatting of PowerBI reports and ensure knowledge transfer so that the internal team can manage future updates and adjustments independently after the project’s completion.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development team to design and enhance the civil protection operations application using PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and other Microsoft technologies.
Provide expert guidance on best practices, development strategies, and troubleshooting for complex components.
Assist in the creation of components related to intervention tracking, resource management, and material/equipment usage.
Transfer the necessary technical skills to in-house team members, enabling them to make future adjustments and additions independently.
Support the formatting and presentation of PowerBI reports to ensure effective and actionable data visualizations for monitoring and invoicing.
Assist with SharePoint integration and management to streamline data accessibility and collaboration.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth development processes and efficient problem-solving.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Expert level with SQL (experience managing, querying, and manipulating data).
Proven experience with PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
Experience working with civil protection operations or similar industries (preferred, but not required).
Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting expertise.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Dutch/French, English (active knowledge).
