Service Desk Operator - Ticketing - Long Term
We are looking for a Service Desk Operator to join our customer on a full-time, freelance basis.
As a Service Desk Operator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance. Whether it's through phone or email, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional support. Your role involves logging incidents and service requests in their advanced Service Management Tool, diagnosing issues, and working to resolve them promptly. When problems are more complex, you'll escalate them to their specialised support teams. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll also keep clients informed about the status of their requests and ensure everything is handled within the agreed timelines.
You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow every day, making full use of their knowledge database and following best practices to ensure high-quality service. Your work will not only be crucial in resolving immediate issues but also in improving overall customer experience by managing the entire life-cycle of incidents, from start to finish.
We're looking for someone with at least a year of experience in a similar role, who is familiar with ticketing tools and has excellent skills in MS Office. An ITIL V4 Foundation Certification is a plus but not essential. Fluency in English and French is required.

In this key position, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions that support their telecommunications and digital transformation strategies. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of Salesforce solutions tailored to our communications services. As an experienced Salesforce Industries Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their Salesforce strategy.
