Job Description
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Systems Engineer (OpenShift & Red Hat) to join a large consultancy client.
Responsibilities:
Manage the OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and related tools, including Red Hat Service Mesh, GitHub, Helm, Ansible, and Kafka.
Provide IT support for servers, storage systems, and complex infrastructures, including VMware vSphere, vSAN, and Horizon.
Administer servers, operating systems (UNIX, Linux, Windows), and backup/restore solutions.
Develop and troubleshoot automation scripts using Ansible and PowerShell.
Oversee PKI, monitoring systems, Oracle infrastructure, and mail servers.
Manage security aspects, including anti-virus solutions and software deployment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience.
Strong expertise in OpenShift, VMware vSphere, Red Hat Service Mesh, GitHub, Ansible, and Kafka.
Experience with backup solutions, blade systems, Oracle infrastructure, and Kubernetes.
Fluency in English.
Preferred Certifications:
Red Hat OpenShift I: Containers & Kubernetes (or equivalent).
