IT Operations Team Leader - Long Term
We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Operations Team Leader to join our leading customer where you'll be responsible for leading the logistics and inventory management of IT equipment across multiple projects, working alongside a diverse group of 50+ talented colleagues across Luxembourg, Brussels, and other EU countries.
In this role, you'll be the key person ensuring that IT equipment-from laptops to Servers-is delivered, installed, and managed effectively. You'll design and coordinate project plans based on priorities, assigning tasks to your operational team and working closely with technical experts. Your ability to manage daily operations, solve problems proactively, and communicate effectively will be crucial to the success of their projects.
As the IT Operations Team Leader, you'll also have the opportunity to shape how they deliver their services by continually improving processes, ensuring our logistics operations are always running smoothly, and exceeding client expectations. Your leadership and coaching skills will shine as you guide your team, helping them stay organised, motivated, and prepared to tackle any challenge.
Our customer is looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in logistics and team leadership, who can speak both English and French fluently. Excellent communication, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities are a must, and a solutions-oriented mindset is essential.
This is a full-time, freelance opportunity with long-term prosperity. You must be an EU Citizen to be considered for this position.

Long term fully remote freelance position for a Programme Director to join our leading Managed services provider. The role of the Programme Director will be to manage a team of 12-15 Programme Managers, and be accountable for the overall delivery of IT projects for a large European Institution/Public sector agency.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience within the EU Institution/Public sector industry and ideally have worked at a Senior level, driving the delivery of a various IT Transformation programmes.

Service Desk Operator - Ticketing - Long Term
We are looking for a Service Desk Operator to join our customer on a full-time, freelance basis.
As a Service Desk Operator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance. Whether it's through phone or email, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional support. Your role involves logging incidents and service requests in their advanced Service Management Tool, diagnosing issues, and working to resolve them promptly. When problems are more complex, you'll escalate them to their specialised support teams. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll also keep clients informed about the status of their requests and ensure everything is handled within the agreed timelines.
You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow every day, making full use of their knowledge database and following best practices to ensure high-quality service. Your work will not only be crucial in resolving immediate issues but also in improving overall customer experience by managing the entire life-cycle of incidents, from start to finish.
We're looking for someone with at least a year of experience in a similar role, who is familiar with ticketing tools and has excellent skills in MS Office. An ITIL V4 Foundation Certification is a plus but not essential. Fluency in English and French is required.

Long term contract/freelance opportunity for a Digital Solution Architect/Domain Architect to join my retail client based in Belgium on their Digital Transformation programme. The role of the Digital/Domain Architect will be to work closely with the CIO and help shape the next 5 year roadmap within Digital, as well as provide Solution Architecture design support to a variety of different projects within the Digital Transformation such as: Merging B2B and B2C platforms, Customer service automation and experience, enhancing customer experience across all routes to market and finally expansion into different European markets.
To be successful in this role you must be a proven Digital Solution Architect with industry experience within the Retail/Consumer industries. You must have the ability to think at an Enterprise level with strong business stakeholder management expertise, whilst also being able to execute the End to End Solution Architecture & Design. You must have previous experience working on Pan-European Digital Transformation projects, and have completed many Digital projects in the area of Customer, Marketing, PIM, DAM etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ideally be certified in MS Azure.
This position requires a minimum on-site presence of 2 days per week.
