About
Starts in the Quality and Engineering team, we are looking for a Test Automation Lead, who is passionate about test automation on new technologies with commercial automation suites like Tricentis TOSCA, Microfocus UFT, Worksoft Certify, Ranorex, TestComplete, UiPath, etc. (Experience with open source testing tools and frameworks will also be considered for more junior profiles). As part of the team, you will:
Work with client stakeholders (both business & IT stakeholders) in sessions and workshops to define the test (automation) objectives and goals.
Advise clients on the test automation approach, tools & methodologies (Backend & Frontend testing).
Design the automation approach, strategy and develop automation frameworks for Desktop/Web/Mobile applications.
Coordinate & set up test automation programs at clients.
Define test cases for automation, write manual test cases if required and create test reports.
Be responsible for creating, enhancing, and running automation test scripts.
Be in charge of the defect management process, collaborate with the members of the test and development teams to resolve issues.
Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people.
Understand key objectives for both clients and Deloitte, align people to objectives and set priorities and direction.
Let's talk about you
Between 2 - 10 years of experience in automation testing
Equivalent experience in managing end-to-end test automation life cycles (automation feasibility study, automation test design, test environment setup, test script development, execution and reporting).
Worked with some of these applications:
Test management tools: XRAY(JIRA), HPALM;
AutomationTools/Frameworks: Tricentis TOSCA, Microfocus UFT, Worksoft Certify, Ranorex, TestComplete or UiPath. Experience with open source testing tools / frameworks will be considered for more junior profiles.
API testing tools : RestAssure.
CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Team City, GitLab.
Experience with some of these technology platforms:
Digital: Web, Mobile (iOS, Android), Apigee, SFDC;
Business Intelligence: ETL, Anaplan, Informatica, Tableau, Qlik; ERP: SAP, JDE.
Experience with some of these programming languages: JAVA, Python, C++, Ruby, Perl, Groovy.
Ideally ISTQB certified or having an in-depth understanding of testing methodologies.
Able to work on projects, write formal documents and work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset
Willing to travel abroad (10%).
Fluency in written and spoken Dutch or French and English is a must.
