The Role:
Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission.

As a Digital Designer with our client, you will play a key role in supporting the design team in creating and executing cohesive brand campaigns and design projects. Your creative skills and attention to detail will ensure our design solutions align with our strategic goals and vision. This role supports our ambition in growing our in-house creative capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Brand Identity: Assist in the development and implementation of our brand identity across all communication channels.
Design Projects: Support the design and production of various projects, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and design team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
Tools and Software: Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma to create high-quality designs.
Learning and Development: Continuously improve design skills and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital design or related fields.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand design, digital advertising campaigns, and other relevant design projects.
Design Proficiency: You’re comfortable with CYMK and RGB whilst proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and a bit of Figma.
Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into compelling pixel perfect designs.
HTML Knowledge: Understanding of HTML5 for digital banner animation.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
