PMO Project Coordinator
6-8 Months Contract
Inside IR35Hybrid working 2 days per week in Central London
My client a top Global company are currently looking to recruit a PMO Project Coordinator experience to join their team on an 8-month contract basis. Please note if successful PMO Project Coordinator will need to set up via an Umbrella Company/PAYE. You will be supporting the Commercial team by assisting with managing documentation repositories, coordinating communication, manage program calendar schedules and ceremonies such as Quarterly Planning, while gaining exposure to project management tools and methodologies under the guidance of senior PMO members.
The Commercial team is responsible for providing budget holders with the planning tools, data, analysis & insights required to improve investment decision making. This is done across all commercial life cycle stages (strategy, planning, execution, evaluation) and consumer experiences (direct to consumer, recommendation & shopper).
Key Responsibilities
Management of the Programme Schedule, Coordinate Commercial Effectiveness workshops, key business engagement ceremonies and larger events
Collect and update project plans for sharing with the transformation office across Commercial Effectiveness
Support for project communications and media such as video.
Support project EW onboarding and access, and offboarding
Tracking of T&E budget.
Experience required
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Has first-hand experience in managing programme schedules, coordinating workshops and larger events across multiple time zones.
Support the logistical onboarding of new team members, assist new starters and offboarding.
A good team player.
Experience in financial tracking of T&E.
Ability to trouble shoot issues and resolving.
