Take a 2 year journey through the business covering engineering, innovation, retrofit, maintenance operations, sales, digitisation, safety etc.
Undertake a range of vocational and product trainings to support building your knowledge
Gain the necessary experience and portfolio to support Chartered Engineer status
Support our engineering organisation delivering engineering work packages required to maintain and develop our fleets, taking on more challenging tasks as your journey progresses
Take part in Innovation projects to bring new, sustainable and future technologies to the industry across a range of engineering disciplines

Reporting into one of our Lead Engineers, you will not only collaborate with your squad, but also contribute new initiatives and ideas to shape the future of the function.
