Define the Future of Transportation

Embark on your journey with us whilst taking part in our fantastic graduate development programme. Take a 2 year journey through the business covering engineering, innovation, retrofit, maintenance operations, sales, digitisation, safety etc.
Undertake a range of vocational and product trainings to support building your knowledge
Gain the necessary experience and portfolio to support Chartered Engineer status
Support our engineering organisation delivering engineering work packages required to maintain and develop our fleets, taking on more challenging tasks as your journey progresses
Take part in Innovation projects to bring new, sustainable and future technologies to the industry across a range of engineering disciplines
Learn how our business operates and how the engineering approach is vital to ensure efficient and safe delivery of our products

Essential Skills and Attributes;

We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;

Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Software Engineering, Business and Economics

Vos missions

Intégré au Département logiciel de la Direction Recherche & Développement, vous êtes acteur du bon déroulement de nos projets de métros automatisés, déployés en France et à l’international.

A ce titre, vous prenez en charge le développement et la validation logicielle du CBTC pour les équipements Bord et Sol et êtes amené à réaliser les spécifications, la conception ainsi que le code et les tests des évolutions logicielles, tout cela dans le respect de la norme 50 128 et les processus de développement mis en place par l’entreprise,

Vous êtes responsable de la maitrise des objectifs Qualité, Coûts et délais de vos développement et participez activement au reporting en mode agile de votre équipe,

Vos atouts pour réussir

Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins deux ans sur un poste similaire, dans un environnement industriel contraint.

Des compétences en ADA et méthode formelle (B) sont un réel atout.

Votre anglais est courant.
