Who We Are Looking For

As a software developer in the Regulatory and Risk Analytics team, you will work on projects from the inception phase to their final implementation. You will leverage the latest trends and technologies in AI, data analytics, cloud and machine learning to support organizations across industries in optimizing risk management and decision making.

Your Tasks

Work in cross-functional and international teams to define and develop AI and data-analytical solutions for our clients, across industries.
Work on the full end-to-end software development and deployment lifecycle. You will also help develop and implement strategies to ensure a modular and fit-for-purpose codebase that is easily maintainable, reusable, scalable, robust, and resilient to edge cases and follows software standardization best practices.
Translate data results into actionable insights and present them to project stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of our business by taking ownership of your work, transferring lessons learned to the team and proactively looking for opportunities to improve and evolve our offerings and services.

Let's Talk About You

To be successful in this role, we believe that the below characteristics are important. However, we do not expect candidates to necessarily match all the requirements.

MSc in a relevant field like computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or other technical subjects.
At least 3 years of relevant experience spanning software development with knowledge of backend development (frontend development experience is a plus).
Experience in providing consulting services.
Experience in applications of advanced data analytics to solve business problems, ability to identify the best fit between technology and purpose, and leading implementation projects.
Ability to communicate complex analysis results and approaches in a clear, precise, and actionable manner, and this to a range of stakeholders, from team members to business leadership.
Proficiency in Python, familiarity with React or Node.js, experience with database technologies, cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and other tools required to solve our clients’ challenges.
Familiarity with in GenAI, natural language processing (NLP), or related field
Technical skills in GenAI, including large language models and prompt engineering
Experience with agile software development, git, version control, small and regular commits, unit tests, CI/CD, packaging, and Docker.
You are fluent in English AND Dutch and/or French.
You take responsibility and are pro-active, always being one-step ahead.
You are a strong team player and show enthusiasm for supporting the development of others, but you can also easily work independently.
