Then our traineeship, starting in September 2025, might be the perfect place for you to start a challenging and exciting career in data!

Where you’re going to get started

From September 2025, you will go through an intensive 10-week training program at our headquarters in Diegem. With guidance of your personal coach, you will put your newly acquired skills into practice and prepare for your first assignment at the customer. The program will cover basic and advanced sessions to enable working in most data platform environments, and help you obtain your first certificates.

What can you expect?

You will become Cloud Certified (Azure (Fabric), AWS, Databricks, Google,…)
You will become proficient in querying databases through SQL.
You will start building, implementing and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
You will learn how to program in Python, aligned with best practices.
Data modelling will have no more secrets for you anymore.
You will learn software development and participate in an Agile environment, using the Scrum principles.
You will be learning how to gather requirements from various stakeholders.
In time, you will become an experienced designer of data solutions.
You will follow a dedicated training program designed and given by our own colleagues. Throughout and after the program, you can rely on the support of our senior colleagues.

Thanks to the contributions of the European Union (EU), the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the French Ministry of Ecological Transition (MTE), the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV), and the French Facility for Global Environment (FFEM), as of December 2024, our Implementing Partners have raised 54.7 million euros in grants to support 32 SUMPs and 9 NUMPs countries with technical assistance and project preparation. The Partnership is implemented by AFD, GIZ, ADEME, Cerema, CODATU, EBRD, KFW, and Wuppertal Institute. The Project – Knowledge production on paratransit decarbonisation The Data Analyst and GHG emissions modeller will support the technical dimension of the project entitled "Strengthening the ecological transition dimension of paratransit* services in MobiliseYourCity city and country members” funded by ADEME and implemented by CODATU. The Data Analyst and GHG emissions modeller will support the project manager in achieving the project's objectives. The project’s main activities are: Develop methodological guidelines for modelling and calculating GHG emissions from paratransit services across the Global South. Conduct capacity development activities on paratransit GHG emissions modelling and identify effective strategies to decarbonise the sector based on data.
