Desktop Support Engineer
London
£200-£250 p/day Inside IR35
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will use your excellent communication and technical skills to troubleshoot applications, systems, and hardware to drive and find first-time fixes and first-time resolutions to end-user problems.
You must be used to working on a ServiceDesk, completing Requests and Incidents from across the business in a fast-paced environment. You will be signed into our phone system, taking inbound calls and chats. You will monitor the Service Desk mailbox and utilise the ticketing systems to raise and close support tickets.
In this role, you will work Monday - Friday on-site in London providing support in a face-to-face and virtual environment on issues and requests including the duties and responsibilities below.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creating email accounts, new users, deleting users, hardware orders, access control etc using Microsoft service tools.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, positive and engaging manner, and a high degree of customer service aptitude

Smartphones & Portable Devices
Network cabling and port patching, Wi-Fi network, replacement of Router

Strong technical skills, including knowledge of AI technologies, software development, and complex troubleshooting. Certifications in relevant technologies or support methodologies.
