The role of a Business Analyst (BA) is to support an Agile Continuous Delivery framework by following a collaborative approach across three key phases: Discover, Mobilisation, and Run.
You must have experience as a Business Analyst within the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI reports, and systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Clarizen or Qorus.
Discovery Phase:
Goal: Identify business needs, define high-level scope, and assess feasibility
Gather business and technical requirements, assess current infrastructure, and identify risks
Creating high-level roadmaps
Start building the initial backlog
Mobilisation Phase:
Goal: Refine requirements, set up Agile teams, and establish governance
Refine high-level requirements into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and validate technical feasibility
Define acceptance criteria and delivery approach
Create a stakeholder communication plan to ensure business, operations and support teams are in sync
Run Phase:
Goal: Deliver infrastructure/package services iteratively and support ongoing improvements
Clarify and adapt requirements during sprint execution, track performance with KPIs, and facilitate testing
Continuously update the backlog and address feedback
Identify efficiency gains, cost savings and automation opportunities
This role is ideal for a data-savvy finance professional who excels in analysing utilisation and performance metrics, producing pipeline reports, and supporting strategic initiatives for leadership.

3rd Line Engineer - £45,000-£55,000 - Azure, M365 - Manchester/ Hybrid - MSP
Do you want to be an exceptional 3rd line support engineer that gets heavily involved with projects in a dynamic, growing team?

MSP experience required.
You’ll be working with a superb, fast growing Managed Service Provider working alongside their support team as a final escalation point, whilst also being heavily involved in project work. Tech Stack & Responsibilities
Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune - Configuring networks, VPNs, security policies
Networking & Firewalls – Cisco Meraki, WatchGuard, SonicWall.
You’ll be the final escalation point for support queries while also delivering end-to-end projects, such as M365 migrations and Azure network configurations.
Client Interaction – Working directly with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
Able to travel to customer sites (Midlands/Southwest)
Work across the full Microsoft stack supporting customers.
Analyse customer problems and provide suitable solutions within SLA timescales.
