I am working with a global software platform who are looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead creative initiatives within its Studio EMEA team, specifically focused on the Student and Education product segment. This role is integral to crafting world-class creative work that aligns with Adobe’s brand and engages audiences. The position requires collaboration with global and regional marketing teams to develop scalable and impactful creative solutions across various campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and meeting business goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to clarify objectives and deliver effective designs.
Oversee the design and delivery of marketing campaigns within schedule, budget, and resources.
Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external agencies, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in the creative and marketing industry.
Strong understanding of the education system and student audiences, particularly in the UK and US (knowledge of German/French is a plus).
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
Expertise in creative design across campaigns and full funnel executions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with Adobe creative Cloud

- Job Summary A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Band 6 (12-month contract) to support our burgeoning Additive Manufacturing service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible engineer to play a key role in the development and improvement of our 3D printing service within RTSG with a focus on improving patient experience, efficiency and costs. We currently have an Ultimaker S3, Epsilon W50 and Ender 3 and plan to develop a bespoke 3D printing lab. We use software packages such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Mesh Mixer and 3D Slicer. You should have extensive knowledge and experience in CAD and have advanced skills in Additive Manufacturing. The successful candidate will have knowledge of engineering to a minimum of degree level.
