About the Client:
Our client is a forward-thinking Local Government body in Central London committed to driving digital transformation and enhancing public-facing services. They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of key digital and innovation elements within the "Report It" programme.
The Role:
As Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering critical aspects of the Report It digital programme. You'll collaborate closely with three multi-disciplinary product mission teams composed of experts in data, architecture, IoT, resident experience, research & design, and technology. Working alongside a fellow Senior Delivery Manager, you will ensure seamless programme delivery through exceptional team management, clear communication, and a well-defined service design and data analysis pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of customer-facing digital products in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Ensure effective delivery management across multiple teams following Agile principles.
Manage and align stakeholders (internal and external) while ensuring project goals are met.
Drive change management processes and ensure service improvements are delivered.
Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture.
Report directly to the Head of Delivery and Product (currently being recruited) and Matrix-manage with the Chief Customer Experience Officer.

Job Description
The IT Infrastructure Specialists will be working alongside the infrastructure team supporting the existing infrastructure, optimising the existing solutions and processes; and supporting and developing cyber capabilities.
They will also work with the other IT teams, such as Service Desk, WebOps and the project delivery teams to ensure close alignment and engagement in implementing major developments and enhancements within the existing IT infrastructure.
The key responsibilities and deliverables
Helping ensure infrastructure services are integrated, delivered, and operating as required.
Reviewing the systems designs of others to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technology.
Understand information security and designing solutions and services with security controls embedded, specifically engineered as mitigation against security threats as a core part of the solutions and services.
Working with and supporting third parties in providing infrastructure services
Maintaining dependable IT infrastructure and networking that is always available.
Troubleshooting problems by running diagnostics, prioritising, and assessing the impact of issues, and documenting problems and resolutions.

Significant and demonstrable expertise with PowerShell and scripting.

In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft platforms with a focus on Intune, Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365 support technologies, and Azure Active Directory.
Strong experience configuring anti-malware, intrusion detection, firewalls and vulnerability scanning systems and network security.
Extensive experience and working knowledge with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service platform and hybrid infrastructure; including planning, configuration, optimisation and deployment
Extensive experience of patching, monitoring and infrastructure change management of business continuity.

My client is looking for a level 3 Mac Desktop Engineer to join on a freelance basis. This is a London based hybrid role 2 - 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for Mac and Windows desktop environments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on MAC and Windows devices.
* Administer and manage JAMF for Mac device management.
* Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
* Assist with the deployment and configuration of software and updates.
* Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
* Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions.
* Provide training and support to end-users on Mac and Windows systems.
