Role Overview
You will support the UK HR team in their day-to-day activities, working closely with HR Management, Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Experts, as well as senior management and social partner colleagues both within the UK and transnationally.
Responsibilities
HR Assistant to the UK Head of HR and Divisional Head of Social Policy and Industrial Relations, supporting with meeting organisation, diary management, communications, meeting notes and general administration activities.
Provide HR administrative, operational and project support to the wider UK HR team, including (but not limited to) support to the onboarding, induction, exit and overseas deployment processes.
Day to day time, attendance & payroll support activities.
Support to Disciplinary & Grievance processes as required.
Support with organising visitors to the site, room bookings and meeting coordination.
Assisting in creating and running HR events & processes.
Ad hoc data management, e.g. file archiving, data provision & analysis i.e. audits, surveys, headcount reports, absence reports.
Minute and note taking for a variety of HR meetings.
Essential
This role would provide an ideal opportunity for the successful applicant to progress their career in HR and provide scope for significant personal development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer literacy skills.
A high level of discretion and diplomacy will be critical due to the nature of the activities the role will encompass.
The candidate will also have the ability to organise their own workload with high attention to detail, self-motivation and be able to interface with people at all levels.
Desirable
Knowledge of Google Workspace, including GMail, G-documents, G-sheets and G-slides.
Knowledge of Workday.

With a strong presence in energy trading, the company is involved in the procurement, distribution, and investment in oil, natural gas, LNG, and renewable energy projects. This OpenLink / Endur Business Analyst role will be focussed on improving, changing and adding to the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) applications that make up the Trading House systems landscape. You will work with users from across the business and cover functionality across the end-to-end trade lifecycle of various commodities. As such, hands on, commercial configuration experience with OpenLink/Endur is essential for this role, with a strong emphasis on onboarding new products. Our client have a very large backlog of products to onboard, so they need someone who can land on their feet, being able to make an immediate impact on the backlog, start onboarding these products or recognising cross-over with existing products that can be utilised. As a OpenLink / Endur Business Analyst, you will be required to perform extensive hands-on work in the current ETRM, understanding the Physical Commodities lifecycle and the data needed from both front and middle office, in order to develop extensive system and app knowledge of the different trades. As an OpenLink / Endur Business Analyst, you will be required to be proactive in engaging with users and working with them in a collaborative and open manner.
