Candidate Experience: Own the candidate experience touchpoints and troubleshoot issues with empathy and urgency to ensure a positive journey.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure hiring processes align with company policies and applicable labor regulations, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process.
Vendor & Tool Research: Evaluate new tools and technologies that could automate tasks, improve hiring speed, and reduce costs.

You are proficient at leverage Greenhouse for both candidate and stakeholder management, deeply understanding the ins-and-outs of this ATS.
You’re passionate about operational excellence and are successful at creating order from chaos.
Proficient in working with data in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools; you can tell a story with numbers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re empathetic and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
A proactive problem solver who can identify opportunities and act on them without being asked.
