YOUR ROLE

Our Power Platform Technical Consultants play a key role in discovering the goals and objectives of an organisation and leverage Microsoft Power Platform to meet these needs. Working closely with clients, consultants gather insights into user needs, define requirements, and help design solutions that drive real impact. Power Platform Technical Consultants should have a strong desire to learn and stay current with evolving technology. They must be skilled at translating non-technical business needs into clear, actionable requirements and work collaboratively to develop, build and implement these solutions effectively.

Collaborate within scrum teams to configure and build Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate.
Participate in Agile practices using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira, assisting in delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions.
Support workshops, interviews, and observation sessions with Subject Matter Experts and Product Owners, to help define business and functional requirements.
Assist in writing user stories and contribute to the product backlog, ensuring requirements align with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) principles.
Engage in continuous training to deepen your knowledge and practical skills with Microsoft’s latest features and tools.

Your Skills And Experience

A bachelor’s degree, a management qualification and/or relevant and practical IT experience.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and an interest in learning how it can be applied to drive innovative solutions for clients.
Strong communication and presentation skills - we’ll help you to learn how to confidently engage with clients and how to clearly explain complex and technical ideas.
Proactive and adaptable, with a collaborative and growth mindset - able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, adapt to changing requirements, and prioritise project goals and client needs.
