Meritt is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Client Success Manager at a growing Technology Consultancy. This role is with a well-funded technology consultancy based in Central London, specialising in cutting-edge digital solutions.
What to expect
As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships while contributing to business growth. You’ll work closely with a small, dynamic team of Sales Consultants and CSMs to manage key accounts and deliver value-driven results. This role involves overseeing client accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs and driving success.

Your responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of activities, including:
Utilising excellent communication skills to develop and nurture strong client relationships
Produce engaging and hard-hitting documentation for a range of campaigns, clients and audiences
Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategies
Be comfortable building account plans to ensure revenue targets are hit
Creating deliverables for work orders to enable contracts to go out to new consultants
Heavily involved in the tender process for new projects
Track new sales opportunities through Salesforce
Being the “go to” person for our consultants queries while working within the accounts you oversee
Working with Operations to draft the details for new and existing work orders
You’ll report to our Head of Sales.
Your experience
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management
Experience in the tech sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends
Worked on bid/tender processes in previous roles
Excellent presentation skills
Telephone and face-to-face sales exposure
Who you’ll work with
Internally, you’ll be assigned a mentor and buddy to help guide you through your journey. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Resourcing teams, as well as consultants working on client projects.
