Job Description
Meritt is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Client Success Manager at a growing Technology Consultancy. This role is with a well-funded technology consultancy based in Central London, specialising in cutting-edge digital solutions.

What to expect
As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships while contributing to business growth. You’ll work closely with a small, dynamic team of Sales Consultants and CSMs to manage key accounts and deliver value-driven results. This role involves overseeing client accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs and driving success.

About you
To excel in this role, you should bring a positive, determined, and self-motivated attitude. You thrive in fast-paced, tech-centric environments and have a strong foundation in account management. Curiosity and a hunger to learn more are essential, as are excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should also be comfortable managing conflicting demands and working under pressure, with exposure to target-driven sales environments.

Matching your values with theirs
The client’s values influence everything they do—and yours will too. They’re looking for someone with integrity, passion, and a pragmatic approach who thrives on challenging the norm.

Your responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of activities, including:
Utilising excellent communication skills to develop and nurture strong client relationships
Produce engaging and hard-hitting documentation for a range of campaigns, clients and audiences
Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategies
Be comfortable building account plans to ensure revenue targets are hit
Creating deliverables for work orders to enable contracts to go out to new consultants
Heavily involved in the tender process for new projects
Track new sales opportunities through Salesforce
Being the “go to” person for our consultants queries while working within the accounts you oversee
Working with Operations to draft the details for new and existing work orders
You’ll report to our Head of Sales.

Your experience
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management
Experience in the tech sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends
Worked on bid/tender processes in previous roles
Excellent presentation skills
Telephone and face-to-face sales exposure

Who you’ll work with
Internally, you’ll be assigned a mentor and buddy to help guide you through your journey. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Resourcing teams, as well as consultants working on client projects.

Why you should care about this role
This consultancy helps clients use technology to create meaningful change. By partnering with organisations to embrace digital transformation, they empower teams, streamline operations, and deliver real results.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with enterprise clients on a variety of engagements, enabling you to hone your skills and gain exposure to the latest technologies.

You’ll also benefit from:
A buddy system to support you in your first six months
Mentorship from experienced consultants
A progression panel that meets every six months to review your development
