The Role
As a Business Analyst - Salesforce, you will be responsible to design and implement innovative e-commerce solution. You will be collaborating with cross-functional Teams and driving discussion with Client and Business Users on Solution Design.
Key Responsibilities:
Retrofit Business Requirement in EBS landscape based on the current architecture and Solution Design.
Document Functional Requirement, with Solution Design.
Design and implement scalable and flexible program architectures that support point-based tiered, and personalized structures.
Integrate solutions with POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and mobile apps for seamless customer experience.
Define architecture for marketing automation platforms, campaign management systems, and CRM solutions.
Design API-driven architectures for integrating third-party marketing platforms, ad networks, and analytics tools.
Leverage cloud-native technologies (AWS/ GCP) for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Define technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability requirements.
Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, cloud services, and third-party integrations
Architect omnichannel solutions that integrate web, mobile, and in-store experiences.
Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Define API and microservices architecture for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
Define best practices for identity management, authentication etc.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Experience in architecting e-commerce platforms, inventory management and order fulfillment.
Experience in implementing cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS or Google Cloud for scalability and reliability.
Expertise in cloud computing (AWS/GCP), microservices architecture, and API design.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
Good experience in working with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and data analysis
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing
Good to Have:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer)
Togaf certified
Certification in cloud specific solution architect
Familiarity with cloud-based integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
